You’ll be part of a forward-thinking Information and Technologies Branch, where your coordination skills and service delivery expertise will help ensure seamless ICT operations across multiple directorates.
Key Responsibilities: As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the smooth operation of ICT services within a large-scale public sector setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming service requests and monitoring service queues to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinating meetings with internal stakeholders and customers to facilitate service initiation and updates.
- Overseeing weekly reporting cycles, including performance metrics, resource usage, and demand trends.
- Monitoring architecture processes to ensure timely solution delivery, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of service requests, reports, agreements, and documentation.
- Administering cost recovery agreements and initiating non-standard recovery processes as required.
- Supporting vendor contract renewals and providing recommendations to optimise service outcomes.
- Implementing escalation protocols and maintaining visibility of service timelines across teams.
- Tracking resource allocation across architecture streams to inform strategic planning.
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement and driving process enhancements.

- Demonstrated experience coordinating ICT service delivery in complex organisational environments.

- Proven ability to manage workloads, allocate tasks, and recommend improvements to enhance service efficiency.
- Familiarity with architectural lifecycles and project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Experience drafting policies, standards, or procedures related to ICT service functions.
- Analytical skills to interpret service data and identify trends or issues requiring action.
- Negotiation skills to manage service level agreements and maintain productive supplier relationships.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that support broader organisational goals.
- Experience working in a similar position in complex Government environments
