Head Barista
who can do more than just make a great coffee — we want someone who can

lead a high-performing team
where every coffee is made
consistently, expertly, and fast
— no matter who's behind the machine.

in O'Connor, we're known for our energy, quality, and seriously good baked goods — but we need
you
to make sure our coffee offering matches the hype. This is a
full-time leadership role
(including
one weekend day
), perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has rock-solid people management skills, and can troubleshoot in the moment without breaking a sweat.
The Role: What You'll Do
Lead and coach our barista team to deliver
flawless, consistent coffee
every shift.
Ensure
no customer can tell who made their coffee — just that it's great.
Keep service fast, smooth and friendly, even when the line's out the door.
Train new staff and help everyone level up their barista game.
Oversee inventory, maintenance, cleaning, and quality control.
Work closely with retail and bakery teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Be the problem-solver when things go sideways. You're calm, quick, and in control.
What You Bring
Strong barista skills and
at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
A deep love for
consistency
— you care that every coffee is just right.
The ability to coach and mentor, not just manage.
Fast thinking, a solution-first mindset, and a steady hand under pressure.
Strong communication and time management.
Availability for
full-time work

one weekend day per week.
