Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time role working from home. This position is ideal for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, is confident on the phone, and has in-depth knowledge of pool maintenance and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate advice on pool products and maintenance.
* Manage service tickets through Gorgias, allocating tasks and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
* Support customers with product bookings, enquiries, and other related matters.
* Take detailed messages and action follow-ups as required.
* Collaborate with the wider team to address customer queries and complete administrative tasks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* In-depth knowledge of pool maintenance and care.
* Basic understanding of technology, with ability to learn new systems (Gorgias, Shopify, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills, with a confident phone manner.
* A solutions-focused approach to customer service.
* Organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* Prior experience in customer service, retail, or office support is highly regarded.
