We are seeking qualified contractors to deliver training and assessment across the following CPC Training Package qualifications:
* CPC31320 – Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Key Responsibilities
* Delivery and facilitation of units in line with allocated class schedules, meeting ASQA Standards.
* Work with the Academic Team to ensure the accurate, compliant and timely submission of all assessment outcomes and reporting requirements.
* Ensure the integrity of your delivery and the engagement of your presentation is of the highest level.
* Conduct fair, valid, and reliable assessments in accordance with the relevant training package requirements.
* Prospect to develop and review learning materials and assessments.
* Maintain up-to-date industry currency and professional development as required.
Essential Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of Training and Assessor experience with a Registered Training Organisation.
* Demonstrated Industry Currency in Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
* Relevant trade qualification(s) in Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling.
* Strong understanding of ASQA standards and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
* Experience delivering competency-based training in a workplace or simulated workplace.
Job Types: Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $62.05 – $65.00 per hour
