A bit about the role?
Due to an exciting new venture, Knight Health is now involved with PROST. PROST is a professional evidence-based support program, providing gym sessions and social gatherings, connecting men who are dealing with prostate cancer. We have an exciting and rewarding new opportunity for an Exercise Physiologist to facilitate and run these rewarding exercise classes and onboard new members through initial assessments.
Located in the heart of Fremantle, these sessions run every Monday and Thursday. This is a fulltime position. Outside of PROST, you will work in a hybrid capacity, supporting both our clinics and onsite services with pre-employment medical services.
Responsibilities:
You'll work alongside our supportive and experienced team of Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health and Administration staff to:
· Undertake initial assessments to onboard new members of PROST
· Provide and deliver evidence-based exercise classes tailored for men living with prostate cancer.
· Conduct Musculoskeletal, Fitness Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations
· Undertake pre-employment medical screening components such as height, weight and blood pressure
· Audiometry, Spirometry, ECG, Drug and Alcohol Screening
· Assist with general administration duties.
· Ensure an exceptional level of client-centred care, guaranteeing a quality experience at our clinics.
Skills:
· To be client-centric and solutions focused.

· Able to produce relevant clinical notes
· Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills
· Teamwork, approachability, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
· Experience working with people from a range of backgrounds.
Required experience and qualifications:
· Master of Exercise Physiology or equivalent
· Accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
· Senior First Aid or equivalent
· PRODA number (Provider Number)
· CPR
· Experience or knowledge in the medical/occupational health field desirable
· Clinical Exercise Physiology experience desirable.
