Opal Fibre Packaging – Sales Support and Quality Coordinator

We have a new opportunity to support Opal Fibre Packaging's sales team at our Athol Park site. This role will support the operations team to reduce the number of NCRs through the implementation of cost‑effective manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise quotes and ensure price alignment where required; manage quote conversion and follow‑up.
* Sample ordering, customer sizing and Batch 1 approvals.
* Materialise quotes, generate artworks, handle artwork revisions and tooling quotes.
* Set up Batch 1 – facilitate sign‑offs and tooling POs (dies and stereos).
* Update SAP Master data for new customers – onboarding and/or changes.
* Maintain Dynamics 365 with relevant information.
* Provide support to sales to maximise time with customers (onboarding, new work processes, quoting, artwork, etc.).
* Support operations teams to reduce NCR cost and frequency.
* Work with site‑based operational team to understand existing quality issues and identify root cause and sustainable corrective actions.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in sales support, commercial coordination or customer service.
* Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM (preferably Dynamics 365) and/or SAP.
* Understanding or experience in supporting quality systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer‑focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Comfortable working across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
