About the Role
Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations across all areas of the venue.
Prepare and present quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
Support food preparation, ordering, and stock control processes.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Contribute to a positive and team-focused kitchen culture.
This role will allow you to continue your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery training while gaining hands-on experience that will elevate your skills and confidence as a developing chef.
About You
Previous experience as a first-year apprentice or equivalent kitchen experience.
A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A positive attitude, great communication skills, and professional presentation.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
