The Role
You'll own the entire growth engine for iRealty — strategy
and
execution — across paid media, automation, funnel optimisation, AI systems, webinars, and experimentation.
What You'll Do
Own the full-funnel growth engine
* Build and execute the digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, email, SMS, social,
and webinars
.
* Operate and optimise multi-channel campaigns inside
Go High Level (GHL)
— forms, funnels, workflows, AI SDR sequences, nurtures, SMS, calls, and automations.
* Design, run, and optimise high-velocity demand gen: Meta ads, Google campaigns, LinkedIn, remarketing, nurtures, quizzes, landing pages, ScoreApp-style assessments,
webinar funnels
, etc.
* Build and manage an offshore execution team (designers, media buyers, copywriters, video editors).
Run and scale webinar-driven acquisition
* Build repeatable
monthly webinar funnels
end-to-end.
* Manage registration pages, reminder sequences, SMS nudges, show-up optimisation.
* Produce compelling webinar content that brings value and drives action.
* Integrate webinars into nurture journeys, retargeting, and sales follow-up.
* Analyse performance, iterate hooks, and deploy A/B tests on topics, titles, and creative.
Drive revenue metrics
* Own demo bookings, CAC, MQL → SQL conversion, and demand gen performance.
* Build dashboards, attribution models, and growth reporting (LTV:CAC, ROAS, CPL, velocity).
* Run rapid experiments across ads, prompts, creatives, landing pages, and webinar content.
* Optimise spend, eliminate waste, test new channels, and scale what works.
Lead strategic growth
* Develop positioning, messaging, and category narrative.
* Turn product updates, customer wins, and AI features into high-impact campaigns.
* Work with Sales to align messaging, SDR scripts, webinar follow-up sequences, and conversion optimisation.
* Partner with Product to launch revenue-focused GTM plans.
Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
* 5+ years in
B2B SaaS marketing
, ideally mid-market or SMB.
* Proven ability to
drive demos and pipeline
while
lowering CAC
.
* Deep hands-on experience with
Go High Level
(funnels, automations, attribution).
* Strong expertise in paid media (Meta + Google Ads), remarketing, and funnel orchestration.
* Comfortable using and integrating
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Runway, etc.)
* Experience producing and running
webinars
as part of a demand gen engine.
* Experience managing offshore teams.
* Strong analytical skillset - dashboards, LTV:CAC modelling, attribution.
