Overview
Environmental Service Assistants hold a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment at Tallangatta Health Service.
Responsibilities
* Conduct general cleaning functions across staff and consumer facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable and hygienic environment (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens).
* Perform basic laundry tasks as required.
* Engage with consumers and staff as tasks are carried out across residential Aged Care rooms, common areas and offices.
* Maintain a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude to support team success.
Job Details
Positions are available for casual or part-time (up to 0.6 EFT). Shifts are spread across a seven-day roster from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 8:00pm.

* A positive, can-do attitude with excellent work ethic
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not mandatory
* Ability to be flexible, demonstrate initiative and work effectively in a team
* Adaptable to change and committed to continuous quality improvement
All appointments are subject to required security screening including National Criminal History, NDIS Worker Screening checks and immunisation status appropriate to the role.
