This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to join their Toowoomba office, working closely with highly experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a diverse client base across multiple industries. You will further develop your technical expertise, strengthen client relationships, and build your long-term career within a collaborative and well-supported environment.
The Role:
* Prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for a broad client portfolio
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while liaising directly with clients
* Support taxation and business advisory services across diverse industries
* Work closely with senior accountants and Directors to develop technical capability
* Assist with client accounting software solutions including Xero, MYOB and Reckon
* Contribute positively within a collaborative team environment
* Continue building technical, professional, and client management skills
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or related discipline
* 2-3 years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
* CPA or CA qualified, or actively working towards completion
* Strong client relationship and communication skills
* Experience with Xero, MYOB and Reckon
* Team-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
* Strong commitment to professional development and long-term career growth
