OverviewRarekind is seeking a Support Analyst in Newcastle, New South Wales.
The role is to troubleshoot a rich suite of software and hardware solutions built in-house and to support customers with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to ensure business continuity.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot software and hardware solutions built in-house for customers.Provide customer-focused support to minimise downtime and ensure POS systems keep the business running.Collaborate with the team and participate in training programs to develop skills in POS systems.Contribute to product direction by sharing feedback and working with internal systems and roadmaps.Qualifications / ExperienceProblem-solving with a customer-centric mindset; enjoy fixing problems for people.Experience in support roles (helpdesk, call centres, or virtual support) and an interest in specialising in new tech.Willingness to learn, drive, and the ability to support others.The CompanyThe company has been in Newcastle for 50 years and develops an award-winning suite of POS solutions.
It has around 15 staff in support and ongoing growth plans.
