* Craft and execute Sales & Marketing strategies across domestic and international markets, positioning the hotel as the destination of choice for luxury travellers.
* Lead, mentor, and empower the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and measurable results.
* Set and deliver on budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Conference Events Sales departments while driving commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor market trends, competitor insights, and economic conditions, adapting strategies to maximise occupancy, RevPAR, and market share.
* Prepare insightful reports, track KPIs, forecast Meetings Events revenue, and provide actionable guidance to the Executive Team and General Manager.
* Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, building the brand and generating meaningful connections.
* Lead client meetings, sales trips, and promotional initiatives that raise visibility and attract new business.
