The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our growing project delivery team.
This hands-on role will suit someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and enabling projects to run smoothly — from setup through to completion.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that project hours, timesheets, and cost allocations are accurate and timely, while supporting engineers and project managers with scheduling, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day project administration to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
• Support timesheet collection, hours tracking, and capacity planning
• Assist with ERP project setup, variations, and data maintenance (Primavera implementation underway)
• Process client purchase orders and close-out documentation
• Maintain project records and quality assurance documentation
• Upload timesheets and deliverables to client portals
• Provide daily support to Engineers and Project Managers
• Identify and implement improvements to project processes and systems
About You
You'll bring:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a project administration or coordination role (engineering or construction preferred)
• Strong understanding of project time allocation, cost tracking, and resource planning
• Experience with ERP or project management software (Primavera, Unifier, or similar highly regarded)
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive mindset — you see problems early and solve them practically
