The Crommelin Group is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be the engine room behind our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This isn't your average EA role — you'll be a trusted partner at the heart of a dynamic organisation, owning the systems, coordination, and discipline that allow our leaders to do their best work.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be accountable for protecting executive time, ensuring operational precision, and enabling seamless communication across the organisation. From board reporting to travel logistics to HR administration, you'll wear many hats — and wear them well.
What You'll Do
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointment coordination with precision and foresight.
Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and executive team.
Provide direct support to the CEO on group projects and strategic initiatives.
Prepare, process, and reconcile CEO expense claims in line with company policy.
Assist with the preparation, collation, and distribution of monthly Board reports.
Coordinate and manage the TCG "Powering Communities" program — from planning and budgeting through to reporting.
Maintain and administer the HR portal, keeping employee records and data accurate and current.
Review and update company policies in line with governance requirements and leadership direction.
Provide analytical and administrative support, including cost and data analysis.
Monitor key operational processes (freight, warranty, approvals, workflows) for accuracy and error detection.
Coordinate internal events — company updates, leadership sessions, and staff engagement activities.
Support executive communications, presentations, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders.
Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands.
A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing HR portals, board-level documentation, or governance processes is highly regarded.
Comfortable with data — you can spot an error and build a clear summary from a spreadsheet.
A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they become problems.
Experience coordinating travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
How You'll Be Measured
CEO time efficiency and calendar management effectiveness.
Accuracy of HR portal records and administrative systems.
Reliability and responsiveness of executive support.
Seamless travel and event coordination with minimal disruption.
Quality of Board reporting and governance documentation.
Who You'll Work With
You'll be embedded at the centre of the organisation, collaborating daily with the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board. You'll also work closely with Finance, HR/People & Culture, and Marketing, as well as external travel providers, event suppliers, and board advisors.
