The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting major capital projects at a leading gold mining organisation, with highly profitable operations and exceptional exploration upside.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and edit project documentation and templates
* Support operational and maintenance data searches
* Coordinate logistics for project teams, including procurement and roster management
* Assist with contractor mobilisations and inductions
* Liaise with Document Control and IT teams to manage project documentation on SharePoint
* Support project controls, including schedule and budget reporting
* Test and implement new technology platforms
About You:
* A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 2 years' experience in project administration, preferably in mining or resources
* A high level of attention to detail and organisational ability
* Advanced skills in MS Word and intermediate skills in MS Excel
* Experience managing flights, accommodation, and rosters (desirable)
* Exposure to Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Pronto (desirable)
* Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
