About the Role
An exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of ACY Connect, a regulated provider of multi-asset prime brokerage, institutional liquidity, and end-to-end trading technology solutions.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited to a seasoned institutional sales professional with a strong network across FX/CFD markets.
You will be responsible for driving new business growth globally, leveraging your existing relationships and market expertise. Sydney-based candidates will be prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand institutional client relationships including brokers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and banks
* Leverage your existing network to originate and close new business opportunities
* Identify and pursue global sales opportunities across assigned regions
* Present ACY Connect's institutional offering, including liquidity, API trading, and risk management solutions
* Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and partners
* Work closely with dealing, liquidity, and compliance teams to onboard and support clients
* Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory environments
* Provide regular pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting to senior management
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offering and client experience
Requirements
* Minimum 5–10 years' experience in Institutional FX/CFD Sales
* Proven track record in institutional client acquisition and revenue generation
* Strong existing network of institutional clients (book of business or deep relationships)
* Experience dealing with brokers, hedge funds, prop trading firms or banks
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills in English, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
* RG146 qualification (Australia) or equivalent preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
