About The Opportunity

We're looking for an adaptable and customer‐focused Commercial Support Coordinator to support our commercial sales function in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers and internal teams receive timely, accurate, and professional support across enquiries, quoting, orders, and portal administration. With a strong focus on professional tooling, this role requires a solid understanding of product specifications and pricing accuracy. The role also supports bids and tenders, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage a high‐volume, customer‐facing inbox and phone line with friendly, professional responses
* Process quote requests accurately, including specialised tooling quotes
* Liaise with customers to clarify specifications, pricing, and lead times
* Support sales teams and stores with pricing and availability queries
* Review and process purchase orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies
* Upload and reconcile invoices across customer portals
* Support bids and tender submissions with accurate data and documentation
* Track deadlines and coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders
You're Likely a Match If You Have
* Experience supporting customers in fast‐paced or high‐volume environments
* Strong attention to detail with confidence handling quotes, orders, and documentation
* Solid communication skills and a customer‐first mindset
* Comfortable multitasking and prioritising competing requests
* Proficiency in Excel for basic tracking and reporting
* Exposure to professional tooling products or quoting processes
* Experience or interest in bids and tenders support (preferred, not essential)
* A proactive, self‐sufficient approach to problem solving
