Job Title: Warehouse Operations Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse facility.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to work collaboratively with our team members to achieve daily goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Refill LPG gas cylinders
* Load and unload transport vehicles using a forklift
* Pick orders and fulfill customer requirements
* Conduct general yard duties and maintain a safe working environment
* Deliver cylinders to customers as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid MR or HR licence (an advantage but not essential)
* A current forklift licence
* A reasonable level of fitness due to the manual handling nature of the role
* Flexibility to work overtime when required
* A de-merit points statement
* A National Police Check with regular renewals
* A pre-employment medical examination
