About the Role
The Practice Manager will lead the daily operations of the Geelong Breast Clinic, ensuring high‐quality administrative and clinical service delivery. The position requires strong leadership to drive efficient workflows, support staff performance and development, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the breast clinic.
* Develop and implement efficient clinical and administrative workflows.
* Lead, coach and evaluate clinic staff.
* Ensure compliance with clinical, safety and regulatory standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient experience.
* Manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in practice management or healthcare administration.
* Strong leadership and people‐management skills.
* Excellent organisational and workflow‐management abilities.
* Experience in medical imaging environments highly desirable.
* Proficiency with Radiology Information Systems (RIS/PMS) highly desirable.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‐management skills.
