The Client Success Team sits at the heart of the business – setting the standard for exceptional client communication and supporting clients throughout their journey with us. This role is critical to helping our practice and wider group of businesses continue toevolve and grow.

You will demonstrate:
Experience in a similar role in administration.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
The ability to take initiative and drive results.
Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work within set timeframes and meet deadlines.
Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.
Positive contribution to the office culture.
Confidence and professionalism in all communications, written, and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
General administrative support and office operation duties.
Support the administration team.
Take responsibility for the management of document management system, both soft and hard copy information.
Managing ASIC secretarial services and CAS integrity.
Managing ATO lodgement lists together with Compliance Manager.
Ensuring correspondence with the ATO and ASICis efficient and timely.
Ensuring the client database is always kept up to date and safe.
Involvement in client onboarding and offboarding
Enhancing the systems and processes in the department
Other administrative duties, as required.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
