Assistant Venue Managers – Duty Managers – Supervisors
About the Roles
Working closely with the venue leadership team, you'll help oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast‐paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities may include:
* Leading and supporting teams on shift
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Ensuring gaming, liquor and operational compliance
* Cash handling and venue procedures
* Training and mentoring team members
* Maintaining high venue standards
* Supporting the successful relaunch and ongoing operations of the venue
About You
* Previous hospitality leadership experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A hands‐on and team‐focused approach
* Gaming and liquor compliance knowledge
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* Passion for hospitality, live sport and team culture
* Weekend and late‐night availability
