More About You – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer‑first mentality and a strong passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You thrive in a busy, sale‑driven environment while sharing a laugh (and occasional dance‑off) with each customer that walks through our doors.
Your Role
- Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
- Sound cash handling and EFTPOS
- Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
- Maintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation
- Work towards budgets, targets and KPIs
- Assist with stock control and quality management
- Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
You Will Also Have
- A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to work within a fast‑paced retail setting
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality
- A desire to deliver high quality customer service
- Valid Police Check Report is required if successful in interview stage
