Job Description
Company: Randstad have partnered with a Tier 3 Construction builder best known for their delivery of high quality builds and fit outs amongst the Commercial market. They cover Education, Health, Local Councils, Sporting and more sectors across the Victorian Commercial market.
This business has over 15 years of expertise in their area of expertise, which ranges on complex and technical builds up to $25m. This Commercial Contractor has recently landed a $20m complex build in the South Eastern suburbs and require an experienced Site Manager to build the project lasting 13 months. Your Responsibilities
As the Site Manager on this $20m New Build, you will: Manage all on-site operations, including personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
Ensure a collaborative environment through strong communication and teamwork. Maintain high standards for health, safety, and quality compliance. Use construction technology to monitor progress and manage projects in a fast-paced setting.
Apply integrity, professionalism, and consistency to all site management tasks. Ideal Candidate To be considered for this position, you will have the following:
Tertiary qualification in construction management, a qualified carpenter, or a related field. Demonstrative experience managing Industrial builds up to $25m. Health & Safety focused, and excellent sub contractor rapport.
Strong leader with excellent stakeholder communication and a commitment to high quality projects. Experience using construction related soft wares such as Hammertech and Aconex.
