Job Description
In this varied role, you'll support the practice across both dental assisting and reception duties, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
* Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
* Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
* Greeting patients and managing appointments
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Processing payments and health fund claims
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Supporting the team with day‐to‐day clinical and administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Experience in dental procedures and terminology.
* Knowledge of dental software systems.
* Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature.
* Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude.
* Understands hygiene and infection control procedures.
* Has a keen attention to detail.
Preferred
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting
* Experience in Dental Software
