Travel Sales & Support Consultant Location: Melbourne Hours: Full Time WFH: Hybrid Join a fast-growing, innovative travel business creating highly personalised travel experiences. Job Description As a Travel Sales & Support Consultant, you'll guide customers and travel agents through the full journey of designing and booking bespoke itineraries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a phone-based sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves helping travellers bring their dream trips to life. You'll receive ongoing coaching and support from the leadership team to help you continually develop your sales capability and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities * Manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking * Build strong, consultative relationships with travel agents and direct customers * Provide high-quality customer service across phone, email and chat * Apply structured sales processes to convert enquiries into bookings * Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently advise, problem-solve and recommend tailored solutions * Manage your sales pipeline to ensure strong enquiry-to-conversion results * Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction * Contribute ideas to improve processes, communications and the customer journey * Collaborate closely with your team and leadership to continually improve sales performance Experience Required: Passionate about travel and creating meaningful customer experiences * Motivated by sales, targets and achieving strong conversion results * Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment * Confident communicator across phone, email and written channels * Naturally curious and eager to continue building product and destination knowledge * Collaborative team player who values different perspectives and shares knowledge * Organised, focused and able to self-manage a busy pipeline The package: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure on top * Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm * Office-based and WFH Hybrid structure * Join a contemporary, energetic and values-driven travel business * Be part of a supportive leadership team that invests heavily in training * Work with a global product offering and unique model in the market How to Apply Please send your CV to sarah@traveltraderecruitment.com.au call me directly on 03 9988 0616 or click APPLY NOW
