As the Lecturer Electrical, you will need to have Trade Qualifications for the Cert III qualifications including an unrestricted Electrical Licence. Cert IV will need to be relevant industry experience and Cert IV qualifications; they may have either an Unrestricted or Restricted Electrical Licence.

Key Selection Criteria
Applicants will be assessed and placed in a Recruitment Pool from which appointments may be made for vacancies arising over the next 24 months. Two Permanent full‐time positions at the Karratha Campus are currently available for immediate filling.
Applicants must hold:
* Cert III qualifications and an Unrestricted Electrical Licence.
* Cert IV qualifications and either an Unrestricted or Restricted Electrical Licence.

Special Incentives for Newly Appointed Lecturers
Lecturing staff employed in 2025 are eligible to receive a Temporary Regional Incentive of $15,000 (gross, pro rata for FTE). Conditions apply.
Other Conditions and Eligibility
Employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. Where contact with children is involved, a Working with Children (WWC) Card may be required. Australian Citizenship or appropriate visa/permanent residency is required.
