Northern Star Mining Services (NSMS) is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Site Administrator to work a 7:7 roster (12‐hour shifts) at the Operations Centre in Kalgoorlie. Position is residential‐only.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide critical administrative support to the Operations Centre.
* Lead and mentor the NSMS Administration Team.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations, including scheduling, reporting and coordination with support systems.
Required qualifications and experience:
* Minimum 24 months of administration experience (Senior Site Admin, Admin Coordinator).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with PRONTO, INX and SAP systems.
* Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (highly regarded).
* Current Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
