Maven Dental Busselton is looking for a friendly and motivated Casual Dental Assistant / Receptionist. This role blends clinical and customer service duties in a fast‐paced, team‐focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
* Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
* Greeting patients and managing appointments
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Processing payments and health fund claims
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Supporting the team with day‐to‐day clinical and administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Experience in dental procedures and terminology
* Knowledge of dental software systems
* Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature
* Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude
* Understands hygiene and infection control procedures
* Has a keen attention to detail
Preferred
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting
* Experience in Dental Software
