to lead both the senior medical and junior doctors desks from their Sydney head office.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the Sydney senior medical division, with a key focus on Emergency Medicine (ED) and FACEM placements, while working closely with the Gold Coast team managing junior doctor streams.
You'll combine team leadership, 360 recruitment delivery, and business development to drive results across both locum and permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and mentor consultants focused on senior medical and ED/FACEM recruitment
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both senior and junior doctor placements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships across hospitals, private providers and state health panels
* Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance across all placements
* Drive team billing performance and contribute to business growth through client acquisition and retention
* Represent the agency in client meetings and industry forums
Experience Prerequisites
* Proven agency recruitment experience – ideally within medical, locum, or clinical recruitment
* Demonstrated success in team leadership and coaching consultants
* Strong business development and candidate management capability across 360 recruitment
* Commercially minded, ethical and driven to exceed performance goals
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills
