Zonos is the AI operating system for cross-border trade, powering everything from checkout to customs clearance for more than 50,000 ecommerce merchants and 70+ postal operators across 200+ countries. We help businesses grow globally by removing the complexity of international commerce—calculating, collecting, and guaranteeing duties, taxes, and fees at checkout so shoppers see the true total cost upfront, eliminating surprise charges at delivery and the burden of managing country-specific tax requirements. Beyond ecommerce, Zonos supports carriers, postal operators, marketplaces, and customs agencies with AI-driven tools that infer and validate key customs data, including HS codes, country of origin, and customs value, alongside licensed customs brokerage services that ensure goods move compliantly and efficiently across borders.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to help drive revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions. This role will focus on managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing and ongoing account development.

What You'll Do

New Business Development

* Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating qualified opportunities.
* Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer goals, pain points, and business needs.
* Present and demonstrate Zonos solutions in a compelling and consultative manner.

Account Management & Growth

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‐selling, and expanding customer partnerships.
* Serve as a trusted advisor by helping customers maximize the value of Zonos solutions.
* Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long‐term customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Execution

* Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and support company growth.
* Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems.
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Collaboration & Communication

* Partner cross‐functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Share customer insights and market feedback to help improve products, messaging, and sales strategies.
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
