Warehouse Supervisor
Job Location: Mount St John, Queensland, Australia. • Job Type: Full Time (On-site).

What Your Day Will Look Like
* Coordinating: Receiving, dispatch, storage, and handling activities
* Supervising: Support a warehouse team of 3 members
* Maintaining: Inventory accuracy and assisting with stock takes
* Promoting: A strong safety‐first culture
* Operating: Forklifts and working safely around mobile equipment
* Ensuring: Warehouse processes align with company policies and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
* Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Safety‐first mindset and strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Ability to manage workflow and prioritise tasks effectively
* Current LF Forklift License (essential)
