Summary
HCLTech New Zealand/ Australia is looking for an EWM/IM Lead Consultant in Melbourne/ Sydney/ Auckland for an exciting greenfield project. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:
Key Responsibilities:
EWM/IM Lead Consultant
* Responsible for leading the Configuration work in SAP Logistics/shipping and SAP EWM on S/4HANA.
* Lead the integration of 3PL providers with S/4HANA system.
* Creating and validate XML mapping for EDI and API-based integrations between S/4HANA system and 3PLs
* Work with CPI integration team to build the 3PL integrations using standard ODATA APIs, SOAP APIs, and customised APIs to meet project and business needs.
* Analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables.
* Analyse and map inbound, internal, and outbound logistics execution processes within IM/EWM, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
* Design and implement functional interfaces required for effective 3PL integration, including error handling and monitoring..
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end logistics and shipping processes.
* Executing test cases along with the 3PL partners to ensure desired functionality is working for SAP standard API functionality and performance, including integration testing and performance testing
* Leverage knowledge in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management) as an added advantage.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
* Responsibility for completing client deliverables as per project timelines.
* Develop and coach junior members in the team. Work collaboratively with client team, other partners in a multi-vendor environment
Experience
* At least 10+ years of SAP IM/EWM and SAP HANA experience in full cycle Implementations, Rollouts and overall 15+ Years experience in SAP.
* Knowledge of Return to vendors, receipt from production, Production staging, consignment and subcontracting process, physical inventory, shipping from warehouse, returns from customer, special processes (import and export), Quality inspection etc within IM and EWM.
* 5 years of logistics consulting experience, Proven experience in SAP Logistics execution and 3PL integrations using SAP CPI.
* Must be familiar with Supply Chain business models, SAP EWM, and wireless technologies.
* At least 2-3 full project lifecycle implementations with the SAP S/4 HANA with at least one Greenfield Implementation project experience
* Experience in leading Fit-To-Standard Design workshops
* Knowledge in Extended Warehouse Management systems and SAP TM will be an added advantage.
* Should have minimum 3-5 years of Team Lead experience in distributed environment.
* Certification in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management module
