Concrete Walls and Foundations Supervisor
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the coordination of concrete walls and foundation construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a reliable and consistent individual who can provide excellent leadership and direction to their team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinating with project managers to plan and schedule construction projects
Supervising and directing a team of construction workers to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Ensuring adherence to quality control standards and guidelines
Managing resources and materials to minimize waste and optimize productivity.

Requirements:
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management, engineering, or a similar discipline.
* Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, physical stamina to lift heavy objects (0-50 lbs) and perform manual labor.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry, preferably in concrete wall and foundation construction.
