WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

QC Catering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Catering Sales Manager to join our team The Senior Corporate Catering Sales Manager will find and qualify leads, close sales, foster vendor and venue relationships, formulate sales strategies, and present product value to clients. Ideal candidates have a strong background in corporate sales and experience in catering and event planning. As you achieve sales targets, you will have the opportunity to lead your own team supporting your sales pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS

* 8+ years of corporate sales experience - preferably related to catering/events and having led a team.
* 5+ years Hospitality experience

COMPENSATION

WORKLOAD / HOURS

Expected hours are 45-50 hours per week on average and potentially more during increased seasonality business. Possibility to work nights and weekends. More important than hours worked is the ability to get the job done, ensure clients have an exceptional experience and provide company and sales success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy and Execution

* Meet and exceed Team monthly and annual revenue goals.
* Develop and execute corporate sales strategies, including leading RFP activities and managing quarterly sales prospecting plans.
* Respond to inbound leads, prospect leads, produce proposals, BEOs, and finalize details.
* Manage client feedback and reviews.
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and venues through regular prospecting and presentations.
* Coordinate with marketing to enhance lead generation and provide sales-specific feedback and needs.

Team Management Responsibilities

* As you achieve sales targets, you will have the opportunity to lead your own team to support your sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and own the client experience.
* Specialize in Corporate Off-Premise Events, Contracts, and Corporate Drop-Off, focusing on meeting and exceeding team sales targets.
* Engage in annual sales goal setting and commission structuring with the CEO, COO, and DOS.
* Help organize and lead weekly sales meetings.

Operational and Compliance Oversight

* Monitor competitors' products and services, sharing market insights with the team.
* Participate in menu development, providing corporate sales feedback and menu suggestions.
* Maintain and ensure adherence to Sales Policies & Procedures.
* Manage CRM system records, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
