About The Role
We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing real estate business. This is not a traditional internal HR role — this is a performance‐driven recruitment position where your effort directly impacts your earnings. You'll take ownership of end‐to‐end recruitment while building talent pipelines and partnering with leaders across the business.
What You'll Be Doing End‐to‐End Recruitment
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
* Respond quickly to hiring needs and deliver high‐quality hires
* Meet agreed timeframes (SLAs) while maintaining strong candidate experience
* Maintain accurate data and reporting
Strategic Talent Building
* Develop proactive recruitment strategies to support current and future hiring
* Build talent pools across:
o Experienced real estate professionals
o Graduates and early‐career talent
* Use creative sourcing methods in competitive markets
* Anticipate hiring needs and stay ahead of demand
Stakeholder Partnership
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers
* Provide advice on recruitment strategy, market insights, and candidate availability
* Manage expectations and communicate clearly throughout the hiring process
Candidate Assessment
* Screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
* Deliver a fair, consistent, and engaging recruitment process
* Provide timely feedback to both candidates and stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
* Contribute ideas to attract better talent, faster
* Stay across market trends and innovative sourcing approaches
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in end‐to‐end recruitment (agency or internal)
* Real Estate experience preferred
* Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* High attention to detail and organisation
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Confidence to think creatively and work \"outside the box\"
