As a Change Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering change management services, guidance, tools, and templates across the enterprise. You will support the Change Lead and the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Team in identifying, assessing change impacts, and ensuring change is efficiently prioritized and managed. Your efforts will help mature the organization's capability to receive, deliver, and embed change.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management: Support the Change Lead in delivering and growing change management expertise due to an increase of projects within the organisation
Change Readiness Assessment: Evaluate change readiness and report to key stakeholders
Change Impact Assessment & Reporting: Identify, evaluate, and define the scope and impact of business changes. Track and deliver Change Impact Reports
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize expectations and deliverables.
Risk & Compliance: Understand and manage risks, ensuring compliance with relevant processes, procedures, and legislation
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with change management frameworks, principles, methodologies, and tools
Solid written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with senior leaders and teams
Ability to influence and facilitate change across a multibrand, service-oriented organization
Experience in the financial or insurance sector is highly regarded as projects include Technology & CPS 230 (In this role you will work across three key initiatives as the Change Specialist
Qualifications:
Degree in business, HR, Psychology, or a related field is desirable
Relevant change management certifications (e.g., PROSCI)
