Your Role
* Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
* Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
* Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
* Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Our Structure
* A full‐time Centre Director focused on business performance
* A full‐time Relationship Manager supporting enrolments and family engagement
* Ongoing guidance from Operations and Quality Manager
About You
* A deep respect for children as competent learners
* Experience as an Educational Leader, leading and inspiring a team
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification), or working towards it
Why Albany Creek?
Due to opening in 2026, Harmony Early Education is joining the Albany Creek community. The centre caters for up to 120 children aged birth to 5 years. Located at 23-33 Wruck Crescent, Albany Creek, Queensland, with operational hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm.
