We currently have the opportunity for an Integrations Engineer to join the team on a 12-month fixed term basis. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise integrations across the College.
About the Role
* Develop, maintain and support system integrations using Boomi and related technologies
* Monitor integration processes, respond to incidents by troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimise disruption to the College
* Design and implement integration improvements to enhance reliability, performance and maintainability
* Maintain accurate technical documentation, support procedures and operational knowledge for integration services
* Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors and internal IT teams to gather accurate requirements and deliver integration solutions
About You
* Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in Boomi Development, including implementing full integration projects involving on-premise and cloud applications (Boomi certification will be highly regarded).
* Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON.
* Experience in (SOAP & REST) web services and API management
* Previous experience working in an ITSM environment (Incident, Change & Problem Management) is essential.
* Knowledge of ITIL Change Management/Enablement process
* Working knowledge of SQL and database-related Boomi process development
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, including an ability to simplify complex problems
* Excellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to review existing processes and provide actionable and effective feedback
