Job Description
The Trustee for MAINRO FAMILY TRUST seeks an experienced and reliable Truck Driver to support transport and operational activities in Western Australia. The candidate will transport goods and materials safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with road transport regulations and workplace safety standards.

Task & Responsibilities
* Operate heavy vehicles safely to transport goods, equipment, and materials
* Load, secure, transport, and unload freight in accordance with safety procedures
* Conduct routine pre‐start and post‐trip vehicle inspections
* Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance or repair requirements
* Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and transport documentation
* Ensure compliance with road transport laws, fatigue management, and workplace safety regulations
* Plan delivery routes and schedules to meet operational deadlines
* Communicate professionally with supervisors, customers, and operational staff
* Check load distribution and ensure cargo is properly restrained for safe transportation
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational presentation standards
* Follow company operational procedures and safety policies at all times
* Assist with general transport and operational duties as required
Qualification & Experience
* Valid HR, HC, or MC heavy vehicle driver licence
* Certificate II or III in Driving Operations is desirable but not mandatory
* Minimum 1‐3 years of relevant truck driving experience preferred
* Good understanding of transport compliance, fatigue management, and road safety regulations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules
* Physically fit and capable of handling transport‐related duties
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards
