Your Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report directly to the Group Accountant and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate running of day‐to‐day accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities
* Process invoices, raise purchase orders and ensure accurate matching and coding
* Reconcile creditor accounts, credit cards and process payments
* Support payroll and assist with fleet administration as required
* Manage supplier and internal stakeholder queries efficiently
* Assist with general finance administration, including filing and records management
* Coordinate travel bookings and support broader accounts team functions as needed
Qualifications
* Previous experience in accounts payable or similar finance administration role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
* Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
* High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
* Self‐motivated, dependable and proactive in approach
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
* Exposure to accounting systems such as MYOB, NetSuite or similar
