Job Overview
We are seeking a confident and competent Mac computer technician to join our family business. Interviews will be held shortly after we receive suitable CVs and covering letters. The role is located in beautiful, tropical Cairns QLD.
Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or an appropriate work visa to be eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Mac computer repair, consulting, and sales support.
* Conduct client site visits and manage in‐person consultations.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of Mac computer repair experience.
* Experience in Mac repair and sales.
* Apple Certified Mac Technician certification.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic client interaction.
* Full car licence and a valid driving licence.
* Own vehicle required for client site visits.
* Commitment, honesty and integrity.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is based on Total Cost minus Superannuation. The salary includes Superannuation.
