About the Role
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the business. You will manage reception duties, support administrative activities across various departments, and help maintain seamless communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clerical and administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
* Accurately process and reconcile daily timesheets for operational and commercial staff.
* Welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and maintain a professional, efficient reception environment.
* Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when required, ensuring callers are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* Maintain an up‐to‐date filing system for important company documents.
* Ensure general office administration is well‐organized and efficient.
* Use a company vehicle for errands including deliveries or collections as required.
* Get involved with teams such as Public Relations and the Indigenous RAP Committee to contribute ideas and creativity.
About You
Location: Must be able to commute to our Canning Vale and Welshpool offices.
* At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
* Excellent problem‐solving abilities, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
* A current driver's license and personal transport access.
