Reporting to the General Manager, Academic Support Services, you will lead a dedicated team of professional staff members in delivering curriculum support, governance, and quality assurance across the Faculty. You will liaise closely with the Faculty’s Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching, and represent the Faculty on University Committees, with the shared goal of ensuring that Academic programs meet internal and external regulatory requirements, support effective teaching and learning activities, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You are an experienced and collaborative manager who values both strategy and operational detail. With a background in curriculum management, governance, and quality assurance, you can bring people together, build relationships, find practical solutions to complex challenges, with a customer service focus. What You Bring
Proven leadership in the full curriculum lifecycle of Higher Education Programs – development, delivery, review, and accreditation. Strategic insight and knowledge of the sector, academic policies, program design, and structures to support teaching excellence. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff and stakeholders, within and external to the Faculty. Strong commitment to service, quality, and continuous improvement aligned with Bond University’s Strategic Plan and the Faculty operational priorities. Strong data analysis skills and digital fluency to support evidence-based decision-making. Above all, a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for students and staff. Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $112,811.36 per annum, plus 12% superannuation. The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term. Benefits
