Amazing Dental in Nowra is growing, and we're looking for a confident Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist who is genuinely comfortable delivering comprehensive periodontal therapy as part of their role or is open to further training in this area. This is a role for someone who wants to deliver more than "scale and polish" dentistry — someone who wants to practice real healthcare, prevent disease, and work in a clinic that values skill, science, and patient outcomes.

The Work You'll Be Doing
• 75%+ hygiene and periodontal therapy, delivered with time, intention, and clinical depth
• Microscopy-microbiome integrated appointments (we'll train you)
• Periodontal diagnosis, maintenance plans, patient coaching, and case communication
• Preventive and therapeutic care with a modern, evidence-based approach

Who We're Looking For
• A hygienist or OHT confident in periodontal therapy - or at least learning
• Must hold full registration with AHPRA
• Someone who loves educating patients and improving their health
• A clinician open to learning, including microbiome-focused care
• Team-first mentality — no egos here

• Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
