Requirements and Qualifications:
* An experienced IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft End User Computing technologies.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager.
* A qualification in ITIL and practical experience in IT service management.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to use agile frameworks to prioritise and schedule workloads.
* A postgraduate qualification in a relevant IT discipline or equivalent experience.
