Position Overview
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role where you'll be the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You'll be responsible for scheduling service and installation jobs, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.
Key responsibilities will include
* Book and schedule service and installation jobs
* Assign jobs to technicians based on their location and availability
* Call customers to confirm bookings and job details
* Update job schedules when changes or urgent requests come in
* Keep records and job information up to date in the system
* Stay in touch with technicians throughout the day to track progress
* Follow up on any incomplete jobs or missing parts
* Help finalise jobs so they're ready for invoicing
* Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
* Make sure customers are kept informed and happy with the service

* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* You enjoy problem-solving and juggling competing priorities
* You thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric environment
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally
* Intermediate MS Office skills and experience using job management or scheduling systems.
