Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex communication systems. You will work closely with a team to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, ensuring timely delivery of equipment in serviceable condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and prioritize technical resources and personnel.
* Conduct efficient and effective product diagnostics, including RF, digital, and analogue circuits.
* Collect and analyze data associated with diagnostic findings and solutions.
* Collaborate with management, engineers, and peers to provide feedback on diagnostics, processes, and tools.
* Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance capabilities.
* Maintain quality standards through best practices and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Offer direct customer support for product diagnostics as needed.
* Participate in joint weekly reporting to the management team.
* Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III or higher in Electronics and Communications, or equivalent qualification.
* Significant experience in technical maintenance of RF communication equipment.
* Proven ability to schedule and prioritize work under challenging targets.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical information, engineering drawings, and schematics.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
