Overview:
- The Afternoon Shift Senior Storeperson is responsible for delivering a broad range of warehouse and distribution services in a timely and productive manner to ensure the effective operations of the SA Health Distribution Centre.
- These activities include:
- Upholding the values and integrity of SA Health by promoting a safe and inclusive workplace, valuing individuals, and their contribution.
- Providing effective leadership to storepersons to meet agreed KPI’s and service level agreements.
- Overseeing and managing stock picking, despatch, and load/unload operations in a safe and controlled manner, adhering to Chain of Responsibility regulations and site safety procedures.
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Supervising and participating in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, put-away, replenishment, pick and pack, despatch, and inventory maintenance activities.
- Providing training to staff members
- Assisting in the implementation of changes to ensure efficient and accurate supply chain operations are provided across SA Health
- Participating in formal performance management processes.
- Supporting other team members in PSCF by undertaking any other reasonable request as directed
This is an afternoon shift position, working 2pm – 10pm daily, and as such attracts a 15% penalty rate above the stated salary range.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
