Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organization to recruit for a Personal Assistant.
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $60 - 70 p/h + Super
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
* Assist with diary management by scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating appointments
* Monitor incoming emails and phone calls, taking messages and responding to basic enquiries where appropriate
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence to a high standard
* Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and general office coordination
Essential
* 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
* Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
