Job Summary
As a Solution Architect in the HR domain, you will design and develop comprehensive IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of HR departments and organizations. This role involves strategizing and delivering end-to-end Workday solutions for enterprise clients, supporting and advising business development as a Workday Solutions SME, and leading a Workday DevOps team of high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities include designing and developing technical solutions for HR systems and processes, analyzing current HR technology environments and proposing improvements, creating and documenting solution architectures, including technical specifications and integration designs, collaborating with HR stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to align solutions with business objectives, overseeing the implementation of new HR solutions and their integration with existing systems, evaluating and recommending HR technology vendors and products, developing architecture patterns and building blocks aligned with enterprise architecture standards, providing technical leadership and support for HR-related projects and initiatives, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
